Here at MP Group we have a unique culture built on mutual respect.  Our team and colleagues understand the value this adds to our company and clients.

With this understanding and the significance of our mission statement “working together successfully” coupled with our company values, we believe our customers can be confident in our ability to add value to their business investment.

We maintain direct staff at levels that allow us to undertake contracts of all sizes without the need to resort to outsourcing.  Each project team consists of a Project Manager, Estimator, Project Co-ordinator and Site Supervisor who have direct access and support from our Operations, Commercial and Production Managers at all times.

To support our project teams we also have a strong administration division headed up by our Financial Controller/Office Manager, Contracts Administration Manager and Accounts Manager.

Our Subcontractors are also subject to comprehensive pre-contract vetting and thereafter annual performance appraisals, to ensure they meet and maintain our rigorous quality standards.
