Our experienced Operations Manager, Commercial Manager, Design and Development Team, Estimators and Projects Team are available to advise on all aspects of your project including retail and office layouts, finishes selections and provision of in depth budgets that are in line with the initial project brief.
The Estimators, Project Team along with the Operations Manager and Commercial Manager will combine to guarantee that the most competitive prices are received from all sub trades and suppliers. As part of this process our team will liaise with the necessary external consultants and local statutory authorities to ensure that all the relevant approvals are obtained prior to commencement and handover.
On instigation of your contract our in-house Project Manager will co-ordinate all of the different divisions within the company to complete the remaining phases of the assignment including joinery manufacture, transport and installation, whilst working closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a quality product is produced on time and within budget.
We have a solid history of working within the retail arena and associated areas including hospitality, restaurants, clubs and commercial kitchens.
