MP Group was contracted to manage the complete fit-out of this project. This included the initial budgets, tendering, liaison with all authorities, the manufacturing of all joinery items, site installation and the on-site management of all sub-trades through to completion and handover.

Generally there is a considerable amount of planning required when fitting out food and beverage tenancies of this nature. Such projects consist of commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, refrigeration and cold rooms, custom made counters and service points, feature portals and ceilings incorporating general seating and dining areas.
