The Sails at Suttons Beach project required the refurbishment of the complete internal food and bar areas.  The interior of the building was completely removed and refurbished to include a full commercial kitchen to support the restaurant and outdoor dining areas, a lounge bar, an internal dining area and also a takeaway fish and chip section which contained its own dedicated cooking facilities as well as canopies and refrigeration.

This project required extensive building works, earth works and liaison with external consultants.  MP Groups involvement included assisting with the design and finishes selection as well as undertaking the complete construction, fit-out and project management. This consisted of the preparation of the initial budget, tendering, liaison with authorities, manufacturing of joinery, site installation, and on-site management of all sub-trades through to completion / handover.
