Fit-out of the Bean and Beyond island kiosk consisted of a remote preparation kitchen surrounded by food display cabinets, coffee making area and service counter. In addition to the main island there was also two seating areas containing booth, table and bench seating.

This fit-out was completed within a trading shopping centre outside of operating hours.

MP Groups shopfitting division were responsible for the complete fit-out and project management.  This included the initial budget, tendering, liaison with authorities, manufacturing of joinery, site installation, and on-site management of all sub-trades through to completion / handover.
