Following on from the successful completion of Waves Restaurant at Watermark Hotel Surfers Paradise, MP Group were engaged to undertake the refurbishment of Watermarks 551 Restaurant and Bar located in their Brisbane hotel doubling the original size from 110m2 to 252m2.
The Viaggio fit-out is situated airside in the Sydney International Airport. This impressive project and fit out required considerable lead time for co-ordination and planning due to the many different aspects that were involved in this type of project.
Due to the Watermark Hotel continuing to trade 24 hours a day seven days a week, MP Group worked closely with Hotel Management in an effort to co-ordinate works ensuring interruption to guest services and the daily running of the Hotel was kept to a minimum.
The Hungry Jacks, NRG and Velocity kiosk fitouts at the Coolangatta Airport generally consisted of commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, refrigeration, signage and custom made counters.
