The East project involved the construction/fitout of 4 bars over 4 levels a commercial kitchen; dining areas; innovative lighting and sound; DJ consoles; performance stage with image projection; water feature; booth seating and inspiring décor sourced locally and throughout parts of Asia.
551 Restaurant & Bar
Following on from the successful completion of Waves Restaurant at Watermark Hotel Surfers Paradise, MP Group were engaged to undertake the refurbishment of Watermarks 551 Restaurant and Bar located in their Brisbane hotel doubling the original size from 110m2 to 252m2.
Viaggio
The Viaggio fit-out is situated airside in the Sydney International Airport. This impressive project and fit out required considerable lead time for co-ordination and planning due to the many different aspects that were involved in this type of project.
Waves Restaurant, Watermark Hotel
Due to the Watermark Hotel continuing to trade 24 hours a day seven days a week, MP Group worked closely with Hotel Management in an effort to co-ordinate works ensuring interruption to guest services and the daily running of the Hotel was kept to a minimum.
Coolangatta Airport Refurb
The Hungry Jacks, NRG and Velocity kiosk fitouts at the Coolangatta Airport generally consisted of commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, refrigeration, signage and custom made counters.
Bahia
A large rectangular bar with blue illuminated marblo panels, extensive use of polished timber and stainless steel all blends together to create a subtle nautical effect at the Bahia Restaurant, Sanctuary Cove.
Oriental Bar
Oriental Bar fitout comprised of a bar area, state of the art lighting and sound, DJ consoles, numerous seating areas and impressive decor sourced locally and throughout parts of Asia.
Brisbane Airport Refurb
With the terminal open 19 hours a day, work was completed on the airport refurbishment project throughout the day and night to ensure minimal distruption to the thousands of passengers who passed through the airport daily.
Sails Suttons Beach
The Sails Restaurant Suttons Beach interior was completely removed and refurbished to include a full commercial kitchen to support the restaurant and outdoor dining areas, a lounge bar, an internal dining area and also takeaway fish and chip section.
Nandos
Nando's store fit-out's range from full stores with in-restaurant dining to smaller kiosk size outlets throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Sandwich Planet
The Sandwich Planet fit-out consisted of refrigerated food storage/display counter, extensive signage, and back of house kitchen facilities including coolrooms, food prep areas and installation of kitchen equipment.
Bean and Beyond
Fit-out of the Bean and Beyond island kiosk was completed within a trading shopping centre outside of operating hours.
Sushi Bar
This unique project comprises new technology for open bottle wine storage display; a Sushi display and preparation area which is highly visible to front of house; and ambient wine display cabinetry to rear.
Oriental Restaurant
The Oriental restaurant fit-out included refrigerated food storage/display counter, extensive signage and back of house kitchen facilities including coolrooms, food prep areas and installation of kitchen equipment.
Opium Bar
MP Group was responsible for the complete fit-out and project management of the Opium Bar which comprised a large back lit marble bar, a full commercial kitchen to support indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as extensive lighting.
My Bar
The bar area, state of the art lighting and sound, DJ consoles, booth seating and impressive decor were all chosen to give My Bar a unique European feel.
