MP Group were engaged to undertake the Design and Construct for the fit-out of the Sushi Bar located underneath the East nightclub. The design stage included all project plans from the initial concepts through to construction plans, managing all consultants drawings, the finishes selection and schedule.

MP Group were then engaged for the Project Management which consisted of the preparation of an initial budget, budgeting throughout the design stage, final project tendering, engagement of all contractors, managing all contracts, and the liaison with all authorities for necessary approvals through to completion.

MP Group’s internal resources then were engaged to manufacture all required joinery from our facility, and then complete the on-site installation. MP Group’s site manager was on-site and responsible for the management of all sub-trades through to completion / handover.

This unique project comprised new technology for open bottle wine storage display; a Sushi display and preparation area highly visible to front of house; and ambient wine display cabinetry to rear.
