Construction of the 38sq Wongawallan resident involved major excavation and structural foundations due its positioning on the edge of a ridge.

The two storey dwelling has extensive timber balconies spanning the back of the house to take advantage of the spectacular views, 4 bedrooms with study area, 2 bathrooms plus powder room, and open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.

MP Constructions were responsible for the complete project management and construction of this residence including the initial budget, tendering, liaison with authorities, manufacturing and installation of joinery, and on-site management of all sub-trades through to completion / handover.
