MP Group purchased its own premises in 2005 and over a 6 month period demolished the front office portion of the building to construct new purpose built offices making significant improvements to the properties presentation.

Following the companies administration and project management staff moving into the building, the factory floor space was extended to the rear of the building by approximately 300m2.  To complete this expanision extensive retaining walls were required due to the block tapering away.  The build comprised new precast tilt slab construction, structural steel and roof purlins.

MP Group's construction division managed and completed the construction under it's commercial building licence.
